Online in B.C.
Playing online in British Columbia
The casino on Young Road in Chilliwack is a land-based casino, with slot machines, table games, bingo and a pub under one roof. Online play in British Columbia follows its own rules, and this guide carries paid links on its home page, so this page explains both.

How the province sets the rules
In British Columbia, gambling is legal only when the provincial government runs it. BCLC manages all commercial gambling, which covers casinos and online gambling alike. The casino on Young Road sits inside that system.
Online, the legal option is narrow. PlayNow.com is run by BCLC and is the only legal online gambling site in the province. Players must be 19 or older, the same legal age that applies at casinos. The age rule does not change between a screen at home and the door in Chilliwack.
Since April 13, 2026, the Independent Gambling Control Office, or IGCO, regulates gambling in British Columbia. Its position is direct: all other online gambling websites that let B.C. players in operate illegally in the province.
Paid links on the home page
This guide carries paid links on its home page only. There are three, each marked Ad: a button in the menu, a block below the first section and a block near the end of the page. All three lead to one private online casino partner, which pays the guide a commission. The partner can change, and the guide does not name it.
That partner holds no licence or permission from British Columbia. PlayNow limits and Game Break self-exclusion do not reach its site. Complaints to the IGCO do not reach it either. Game Break covers B.C. gambling facilities and PlayNow.com. Links to the casino, BCLC, the province and help services are never paid.
How the concierge desk works
The concierge desk is the collective name this guide is written and signed under. No page carries a personal byline. Facts come from the casino's own pages, the owner's announcement, BCLC, the Encore Rewards page and the province of British Columbia. They were checked on October 14, 2026, and times are Pacific time.
Pictures across the guide show a woman created for this guide with an image generator. She is not a real person, not a member of the casino staff and not the author. No real building or logo appears; the name on the card she holds is lettering added in the picture. The site has no forms, comments or accounts. It keeps nothing about readers except the colour theme chosen in the open browser tab.
